We care deeply about what we eat-
and how it gets to your table.

Food should nourish more than just our bodies.

It should heal the land.

Honor the animal.

And reconnect us to where real food begins.

Here, we do things differently—on purpose.

No shortcuts. No quick fixes.

Just thoughtful, regenerative farming rooted in respect.

Because when you build healthy soil, you grow healthy food.

And when you grow healthy food, everything begins to change.

Regenerating soil, growing better food

Regenerative farming is a forward-thinking approach that focuses on restoring and enriching soil health.

By working with nature—not against it—we rebuild ecosystems from the ground up.

Techniques like planting diverse crops, minimizing soil disturbance, and enriching land with composted organic matter strengthen soil structure, boost nutrients, and improve water retention.

But regenerative practices do more than heal the land.

They foster harmony between plants, animals, and microorganisms—restoring balance within ecosystems.

By reversing the damage caused by conventional agriculture, regenerative farming helps:

  • Sequester carbon

  • Boost biodiversity

  • Fight climate change

  • Create truly sustainable food systems

At its core, regenerative agriculture isn’t just about growing food—

it’s about healing the land and securing a better future for generations to come.

At the root of it all: Three of nature’s greatest allies
Hands in the Soil

Soil

Soil is the foundation of regenerative agriculture.

We treat it not as dirt, but as a living network—full of nutrients and microscopic life.

By planting cover crops, minimizing tillage, and feeding the land with compost and organic matter, we:

  • Improve soil structure

  • Retain more moisture

  • Build long-term resilience against erosion and nutrient loss

Sunrise

Sun

Sunlight powers everything.

By rotating crops and designing our fields to optimize sunlight absorption, we help plants thrive across all seasons.

Agroforestry and multi-layered planting harness sunlight at multiple levels—building stronger roots, healthier soil, and thriving ecosystems both above and below ground.

Water

Water is used with intention, not waste.

Simple practices like mulching, planting along contours, and collecting rainwater help our soil stay moist—even during dry spells.

These methods also protect watersheds, reducing runoff and filtering water naturally for the land, the community, and those living downstream.

We practice rotational grazing by regularly moving our cattle between pastures.

Our cows do the work:

  • Their manure fertilizes the soil

  • Their hooves gently press nutrients in

  • Their grazing encourages deeper root growth

This approach gives the forages ample time to rest, recover, and grow, which not only maintains the health of the land but also helps break the lifecycle of parasites. In doing so, we create a balanced system that supports the well-being of both our livestock and the environment.

We add only what’s needed based on soil testing — never using GMOs, pesticides, or herbicides. Keeping organic matter and water in the soil (and out of the air) is just one small way we’re caring for the planet.

No chemicals.

No shortcuts.

Turning grass into protein

Not all cows finish well on grass — but ours do.

We carefully selected our  breed with proven genetics that thrive on forage alone. Here’s what we look for:

  • Tenderness

  • Fertility

  • Docility

  • Overall Health & Longevity

  • Calving Ease

Our cattle graze only fresh forages — no grain, no growth hormones, and no routine antibiotics.

Healthy cows create better beef.

Simple as that!

Ever wonder what 65 tons of composted, organic, chicken litter looks like?

Better beef,
better health

Grass-fed beef isn’t just better for the land — it’s better for YOU.

Compared to grain-fed beef, our grass-fed beef offers:

  • Less total fat

  • More Omega-3 fatty acids

  • More CLA (conjugated linoleic acid) — a metabolism-boosting, disease-fighting fat

  • More antioxidant vitamins like A & E

When food is raised with care — for the land, the animals, and for you — everyone benefits.

About the creek

(Bē dī)

We didn’t just choose this land. It called to us.

Bedias Creek winds along the edge of our pastures,
ancient, quiet, and just wild enough to remind us who’s truly in charge.
